Included in your Maltego Professional or Maltego Organization plan, Maltego Data provides you with access to all the data relevant for specific investigations. Through your Maltego Professional or Organization plan, you and your team can access multiple data types from multiple data vendors. This removes the hurdle for you and your team to select and purchase access to different data providers, and ensures that you always have the most relevant data at hand.

The data is made available through Maltego's existing Data Hub integrations with trusted OSINT and third-party data sources. Maltego does not own, alter, or process the data being queried and retrieved.

You can access and query the data across the Maltego platform – In the Maltego Desktop Client as well as the browser-based Maltego Search. You need to be a vetted Maltego customer with a Maltego Professional plan or Maltego Organization plan subscription. A transform costs between 0 and 200 credits, and a search requires 150 to 200 credits. The credits on Maltego Professional are enough for you to run 320 transforms on the above data providers in Maltego Graph AND 20 searches with Maltego Search.

We have designed our new plans to provide sufficient credit allowance for Maltego Data Pass for an average investigator's monthly usage. Individual investigators and small teams can conduct their work with the Professional plan, and larger teams or enterprises are recommended to purchase the Organization plan.

Users who anticipate intense usage of Maltego Data are recommended to buy two units of the Professional plan per user; or purchase Maltego Organization directly.

If you primarily use Transforms and searches that require low Credit costs (e.g. Simple Search Transforms, Data Extraction Transforms, etc.) for your investigations, you will be able to execute a higher number of Transforms and Searches in total. Similarly, if you primarily use Transforms and Searches that require high Credit costs, you will be able to execute a lower number of Transforms and Searches in total.
